Terms and conditions



  • When you purchase any of our items we will send you a confirmation to the email address you have given upon checkout.
    Each jewelry is packed in a custom holpp jewelry box and and shipped by the Swedish Postal Service free of charge.
  • Your item will be sent within 3-7 workdays. Exept for made to order pieces, and previous collections we have up to 14 days delivery time.
  • You can also find the jewelry at “Nitty Gritty Woman store” “Grand Hotel, Grand Affections” and “Från Ö till A” .
  • All shipping in Sweden is free of charge.
  • For Shipping to countries outside Sweden, please contact us for information about delivery time and costs.
  • For destinations within the EU, Swedish VAT of 25 % is included.
    Please contact your country’s customs for information regarding your countries VAT.
  • For questions and information about shipping time to countries outside Sweden, please send an email to hello@holpp.se.


  • No returns on sale items.
  • You can regret your purchase within 7 days from receiving your piece, and if so contact us at; hello@holpp.se for further instructions.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • The piece you wish to return must be sent at your own cost and by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice.


  • If your jewelry piece somehow brakes please contact us at hello@holpp.se for further help and review of your broken jewellery. Please notice that the jewelry will slowly change in time due to oxidation and the rough surface will slowly turn in to a blank smooth surface. We take no responsibility for those kind of changes. For more instructions how to treat your jewelry, read under “care”.
  • Items lost or damaged in return transit will not be compensated for.


  • You can make your purchase through PayPal using your PayPal account, or by credit card such as (VISA or MasterCard).
    Your information is sent via a secure connection and your card details cannot be read by outsiders.
